Advice for unscrewing stop pin screw?

One side unscrews easily. The other side just spins and spins. Anyone experience this during a full disassemble before? Blade is a PM2

Heat up screw with a soldering iron to loosen the locktite is one suggestion people make. Duct tape over the teeth of a small pair of pliers worked for me. Just be careful not to bugger the stop pin up.

Put some pressure like your cutting. Works for balisongs when screwing in the first handle and you can't just squeeze. The pressure MAY hold her still.
