Advice needed: hunting deer in Area E in Wyoming.

I am heading out this Fall for an Antelope and Deer hunt in Wyoming. The hunt is mid-October and I will be going with a man who has hunted there several times in the past. He has a great spot for Antelope picked out so we are covered there. We'll be towing in quads and prefer to hunt on BLM land, but public is great if we have advice on how to hunt it.

We are planning on drawing for General Area E (Sections: 88, 92, 94, 96, 97, 98, 128, 148, 160 and 171). He hunted there a couple years back in Section 97 at the Bug Ranch and had decent success. He has tasked me with trying to find a better place to hunt deer this time around.

We have options to hunt in the following areas (We try to stay within a reasonable distance from Casper):
-Bug Ranch (Area E, Section 97)
-Green Mountain (public land)
-Granite Mountain (AKA Sweetwater Rocks)

Any advice on where to deer hunt in Wyoming would be very welcome. This will be my first time hunting "out west" and really look forward to the trip no matter the results.

The last time I hunted WY was in 2004. I am dying to go back. Once you go you cant wait to go back. I wish you luck in your search.
