Advice needed on how to use the sharpmaker!!

Hi everybody,
Few years ago I've purchased a sharpmaker (in Europe) but in the package there were no user's instruction included. I've used it ever since to sharpen normal straight edges and it has always worked well, even for someone like me who is basically sharpening-challenged. Even though most of my knives are straight edges now I feel that it is about time to learn how to use it on serrations.
Can anybody help me out or point me to some explanatory material / tutorial?

Turn the ceramics so that each ceramic has one of the edges where you've been using the flats.

Slice the knife from tang to point from the top of the ceramic to it's base.

Just received my PAL video version, and in it Sal suggests only using the white ceramic rod for doing the serrations.

Having the video and instruction booklet is brill !! :)

Improves your confidence (and technique) no end.
