Advice needed on tipping...

Hey all, today I am getting my first massage (from a LMT, not the "afraid of a prostitution raid" kind of place). So, I am assuming that I gotta tip the masseuse? If so, how much? 10%? 15%? 20%? How and when do you tip them?

Just last week I went to an LMT, I was told that tipping was not allowed. So I'd ask first, then do the std 15% if you want to.
