Advice needed - real or fake?

Gentelmen,

Im not an expert in Striders and was looking into buying one for my collection...

I’m watching this one on EBay BUT I have a strange feeling that this is a fake one... I like this blade and handle combination but there is something not right...

I hope I’m wrong!

Could you please advice?

The ebay link is a no-no. That said, I'd guess it was a fake based on:
  1. It appears to be missing logos
  2. I found an identical knife on one of the Chinese sites in thirty seconds, it's $65, incidentally. If someone is scamming folks with these, that's a nice markup. Does this look familiar?:

Exactly what I was worried about... simple google search showing to many Chinese versions looking tooo close to this one...

I’ll pass for sure...

Don't buy strider anyway, supporting mick strider/burger is about as bad as buying clones.
 
Friends don't let friends buy knives on Ebay !!! ... Just say no ...
