Advice needed .

So police just came knocking on my door , 5th time in a year they have received a call for the same thing . The call is false everytime and I'm sure it's a mad family member doing this .

Anyhow 5th time cops have knocked on my door and all 5 times they have said we have no reason to suspect that anything is going on here and they walk away.

Anyhow I'm 99% sure I know who's doing it but calling the sheriff they will not aid me when I trying to file a charge or whatever it's called against the person is doing this .

This last time my neighbor was outside and we had out doors open when cops came , he came over as all the cops pulled up as they tell the neighborhood how they get a domestic call .

Neighbor vouched it was a lie but I'm tired of this crap advice needed

first go to the police station and get a copy of the police report something had to be filed matter of fact get them all of every call made you have a right to those. Second if you are sure you know who it is file a no contact order and hopefully you can nail their butt for harassment. Or go old school and go kick their @&@

My friend had this happen. Turned out there is no report needed, just takes a phone call from a "concerned citizen". After a few times of wasting the police time, the tracked down the "concerned citizen". It was his ex-wife (ugly divorce was 3 years prior) using a burner phone. After they visited her house, the problem stopped.
So I would ask if you or anyone in your house hold has a beef with a current or former family member?
