Advice needed

Hello everyone. I just ordered a new Spyderco PM2 in blurple with S110V steel. I will most likely do what I normally do and use the fresh factory edge until it gets dull then I will re-profile sharpen it with my Edge Pro. My question is what angle should I re-profile it to and what kind of final edge (toothy or polished) should I put on it for best performance? Thanks in advance for the advice.

I think “toothy”works best for s110v, as it loses its supersharp edge fairly quickly but will keep a toothy edge forever—making the time spent to get an ultra fine edge mostly wasted. 15dps will keep the tearout to a minimum and won’t compromise the strength of the edge, IMO. If you need the edge thinner, a secondary bevel might be in order.
