Hi guys,
my turn to ask for suggestions, I'm putting this order to buy a few things online in the US (things I can't find here in Europe, or that are awfully more expensive here) and a friend of mine (whom I recently introduced to the wonders of blades) asked me to get something for him. Buying it online in the US opens the range or possibilities, and I'd like to get some advice here.
He's looking for a small folding knife (2,5' blade), locking, not auto, satin plain edge, he does like relatively wide blades, budget not higher than 30/40 usd.
My ideas so far are:
- Spyderco Ambitious
- Spyderco Persistence
- Kabar Mini Dozier
- Kershaw Half Ton
- Buck Vantage small
...but I admit my knowledge of this kind of knife is pretty limited...so I would like to get some opinions on these knives or eventually some alternatives..
