Hey guys. I am new here, and I am looking for some advice on an everyday pocket knife. I want to buy my dad a new pocket knife to replace one he had for years, but was forced to give up at the airport!! I am looking for something with 2-3 blades. Nothing crazy with scissors, toothpicks, etc. I have done some research, and have been looking at a Case or Buck pocket knife. Am I on the right track, or does anyone have a better suggestion? Thanks everyone.

Yeah, I'd say you're on the right track. I like both Buck and Case, and have found most of their knives to be nice quality and to last a long time.

Other brands to check out are Queen, Schatt and Morgan, Great Eastern Cutlery, and Canal Street Cutlery.

Would also like to add that I (and my dad) would prefer an american made knife. He is retired Air Force.
