Advice on Michael Walker Lightweight

I have a MW lightweight (amoungs other spydies) and I recently noticed that there is a VERY slight play on the blade when locked in open possition. Also the lock moves right accross to the other side as where my other liner-lock knifes stop right in the middle of the blade, locking it securely :-)

My question is :
a) Is this acceptable for a Michael Walker Lightweight or should I sent it back?
b) Should I sent it to Spyderco or the dealer I bought it from?
