advice on screen capture in wmp 10

i'm watching some dvd roms in windows media player 10...i would like to pause the video and make a screen capture to save in jpg...anyone know of a shareware or comm'l product that would tie into WMP 10 to do this?

If you are using 2000/XP pause the DVD and press the Print Screen button (next to scroll lock and Pause) then open Paint from the accesories and paste it into that, then crop to get rid of anything you dont want to save, then save it as a .jpg to reduce the size (k)

If its older then 2000/XP you may have to press Alt+Print Screen

Been using the Print Screen button by itself since Windows 95. Amazing to me how many website developers don't seem to know about that trick when they disable right-clicking in their code...
