Hi i am pretty new just trying to gather some information. I am looking for a new camp knife and i thought i had my mind made up for the Neil Roberts Warrior Knife or the green beret but i found a few durability tests that people had done on them and found that they didnt come out so hot. So to all of you who have a Neil Roberts or a Green Beret and use them i would greatly appreciate some feed back and maybe some pics. Thanks

I thing I have read the same "report". Beating a knife on concrete, or harding steel will damage any edge. Or my favorite stick in a vise and snap the blade. Either knife is a fine addition. I perfer one piece handle models. Sable IV is a great all round camp/outdoor knife. A2 steel is one of my favorites for larger fixed blade knives. I own a 7" GB and it does very well.

I forgot, the GB edge does hold longer than any of my one pieces, but s30v was design to hold a better edge.

Thats the kind of stuff that makes me feel better about it. Thanks for the reply
