advice?

ok...i bought a Cat, and ordered a native last week (wish itd get here already), so now i ask you all....what Spyderco model should i order next? ive always liked the Native's blade design, so it was a no brainer. now im thinking something in the 4" blade length, and im not worried about price.
can a Spyderco newb get a little help here?
 
Go for it! The Military is probably Spyderco's best know and best loved 4" bladed folder, so you'll either join its fan club or have a very easy time finding it a new home.
 
Get the para 2, or the stretch, or the caly3, or the....well you get the point ;).
 
There seem to be a lot of Spyderco models that are similar, but that's not all that bad I guess. I currently have a Para 2 for my EDC, and a Tenacious that I will try for EDC. I'm trying to decide if I want a Military. The Spyderco design that is the most appealing to me is the Sage. The H1 blades seem interesting to me too. So there are lots of possibilities.

All very true in my experience. The Military is one of the finest 4" folders ever made. I'll even go so far as to say that it will go down in history as one of the classics. ;)
 
Definitely go for the Military. I bought one and next thing I knew, there were two more in my rotation. Awesome folder. :thumbup::thumbup:
 
Ya, my vote goes to the millie too.

I'd personally go for the Para 2 instead. I just like the compression lock better than liners. Other terrific large Spydies to consider: Manix 2 (lightweight Translucent Manix 2) or XL.
