Advise on Car Cargo boxes: Yakima or Thule?

Greetings everyone:

Those of you with kids (especially more than one) know how the "Kid's Law of Expanding Luggage" can quickly cramp the most spacious of SUV's.

Well, its my birthday around the corner and I want to get one of either of these two Rooftop Cargo Carriers for my SUV to solve the cargo problem:

1) Yakima Rocketbox #7087, MSRP $399.00

2) Thule Evolution 1600, MSRP $399.00

Does anyone out there have experience with either? I tend to see more Yakimas in my area out here on the West Coast; but would like to hear from those with personal experience with either unit before buying. Please advise as to quality, ease of use, and/or customer service (where applicable).
