Hello, this chef knife is fresh of the bench it's a stainless steel AEB-L k tip gyuto with a stabilized bog oak for the handle with a black g10 and ivory micarta spacer. The blade was ground to 0.3mm (0.0118) and hand sanded to 1200grit and buffed. The blade is at about 59-60 hrc. Thank you for looking.
