Greetings everyone,
Here is a little paring knife that I recently finished for my wife. The steel is AEB-L and the handle is natural canvas Micarta with white G10 liners. The blade is about 4 inches, and the knife is just about 8.75 inches overall. The blade has a distal taper and the tang is tapered too. This is the first AEB-L knife Ive completed. The steel seems to polish up nicely, and it took a keen edge. My wife seems pleased with it.
