AEB-L Walnut Santoku

For bargain bin walnut at the local Woodcraft, the figure in this piece is pretty decent. AEB-L @ 63HRC. Rounded and polished spine and choil. "D" shaped handle.

That's funny, I was admiring this knife in the kitchen section of the forums and thinking about how much I like walnut and how pretty this handle is.
