I am very excited about this deal.
Charlize Theron.
22 square inches of black latex in her costume, not much else.
Big guns, long legs, saucy dialogue.

It used to be a scifi adult cartoon on MTV.
They are making it into a live action movie.
Kick ass!

I tried watching Aeon Flux a couple of times and I must confess that it made no sense to me.

None.

Is it something you have to see from the very beginning to understand?

Charlize Theron... Yummy! :D

nah it just made no sense- she was a spy and you got dropped into the middle of a story each time, and she usually died at the end in some darkly humorous fashion :)

I thought she was super-hot in Monster :footinmou Or maybe it was just me lusting after Christina Ricci

Looks like Aeon Flux is going to be a bit behind schedule, Danny. I read @ Rottentomatoes.com that Theron was injured on the set doing some stunt. they didn't comment on what happened, only that she did not require hospitalization. So thats a good thing, anyway:) I think the movie is gonna be pretty kick @ss. I really wouldnt have minded a full length animated version, but Theron is a good choice:)

yeah....read that she needed a few weeks off to recuperate. Like you said, probably not serious, but enough to warrant a good rest.

I'm really out of the 'toon loop, I s'pose.....never even heard of it before....

22 square inches? that much?

A quick google search turned up these screen captures of the 'toon:

thats my girl!

Your girl!? Hey! As I think Don Henley said, I'd walk on my lips through broken glass to get next to her! (OR at least take her out to dinner!) :) What a beauty.

I'm trying to picture her in this toon role though and don't really see it. Whatever, she'll add lots to it I'm sure... You know, I think she needs a nice fighting khuk, say an 18" Chitlangi. Yeah, now I can picture that!

Regards,

Norm
