AF 5.5 sharpening

I've just recieved my AF 5.5 & it really is excellent, looking @ the edge grind angle I'm not sure how to touch it up after use, I'd normally use a sharpmaker, a few strokes brings most of my knives back to razor sharp but the angle on this one seems to be about 25 degrees. Any suggestions?

Your best bet would probably be to reprofile the edges to 20 degrees so they match that setting on the Sharpmaker. If you don't want to do that, the only other thing I can think of would be to angle the spine of the blade out from the rods just a hair (instead of holding the blade totally vertically) when touching up, so you're actually touching the true edge to the rods.
