AFCK Trainer?

Does anyone know if Benchmade is going to make a trainer version of the 806 AFCK? I find it odd that they have a few different trainers out, but none of the knife that was designed by a Navy SEAL as a Combat Knife. What's that all about? I would love to have one.

They've done the mini-AFCK, the 814, as a trainer. I have two and I think they're great. I really do like having a solid, well-built trainer. No more wooden "knives" no more rubber things, and no more cheap aluminum trainers for me.

BTW, I'm seeming to recall, and I may be wrong, that Pat Crawford was an Army Ranger, not Navy Seal. I do know that BM originally made the AFCK for the Army Airbourne troops.

The Emerson CQC-7 which Benchmade made as their 970, 975, and 9700 Auto, were designed for the Navy Seals originally by Emerson. As I recall, he is a former Navy Seal.

Pat Crawford may well have been an Army Ranger, but the AFCK was designed by Chris Caracci, a former Navy SEAL.:D I would also like an AFCK trainer. I posted in the knives wanted section for a beater AFCK to turn into a trainer just a few days ago.

Medic, I have an old AFCK and a pair of Bolt Cutters. Let me know and you can have the first AFCK Trainer made:D
