AFO 9050 one hell of a knife.

I acquired this threw a trade and it was packed full of dirt when it arrived and the plain edge was butter knife sharp but true to Benchmade quality it still fired hard. Now after a nice bath and some blue lube it fires harder and a trip to the wicked edge it's ready for more years of service. Just figured I would share my experience.

Wow, that one has more than a few battle scars. I agree they are great knives, I have the AFO II and the ergos and blade and edge profile are just about perfect.

It's actually not that bad that bk1 coating doesn't seem to hold up that well.

I have an '04 model with a satin finish. Great knife. Spring still works.
