Tim

thank's mate, well as i'm an olive cultivator in my olive trees, and my trees surrounded from wild olive trees i have plenty of wood to choose don't you think?

Good looking stuff. I really like figured olive like that. It holds up really well also.

Looks very nice. I also really like the Olive Handle figure.

Nice work, that handle is beautiful and looks to fit your hand due to a lot of thought in its design.
Congratulations!

wow!!!!! mister fowler THANK YOU VERY MATCH for your kind comment, it is realy a big honor for me a colossus in bladesmithing like you, like my humble knife.

That is far from a humble knife my friend, and she looks good in a working man's hand.

Were those scars on your fingertips from a knife blade?

mister fowler you must κnow you make me real happy with your kind comment's. at this point i must confess that you are my teacher in bladesmithing of 52100 steel, how else can be anyway you are the pioneer, you discover the 52100 steel for knife making, your offer in our world is huge and insurmountable and that's undeniable. and yes you are right this steel is the excalibur with correct treating. mister fowler i don't say this to flatter you but you are my idol!!.
now about my fingertips you are right the scar's :Dit is from a knife blade, a hot knife blade to be precise

Thank you for the compliments, but please remember it was not just me who developed our methods of forging and heat treating 52100, many helped me through the years, Rex Walter, a metallurgist donated his time and knowledge as did other men of science as well as many knife makers. Steve Shackleford and Blade Magazine have provided us a means of communicating our message to those who are interested. Many clients have helped us, for without their support we could not have continued our research.

I am very pleased that you have joined our efforts and I wish you success for you are doing your part.

Please call me Ed.

First of all, Mr. Fowler Please allow me to call you so, do not do it from coldness but out of respect.
Secondly we know that you were not alone in this difficult coarse, However, without your own visualizations may not yet know this wondrous STEEL 52100 in cutlery.
Mr. Fowler will be able to write for hours, however I would not want to bore you any way, thank's again from the bottom of my heart for your kind comment's, i hope we keep in touch

Absolutely beautiful. The olive is awesome and I really like the ergonomics. I love blades in 52100 - I like that this knife is beautiful but could be used hard with complete confidence. Nicely done and it will make a fine gift.
