I stripped my becker 14 with that Korean penny and that nose trimmer. Then scrubbed it down with a brillo pad. Is this a first?. I tried soaking it in lacquer thinner for about 5 hours to no avail. then just started scraping it off little by little by little. Thank God for listening to videos on youtube video for those 4 hours otherwise I dont know how I would have finished. My fingers hurt like hell now.

I did that to a BK2 one time and it took over 3 hours. The next knife I did I used chemical remover, it took less than 30 minutes.

You did a good job, looks good.

I think that's actually for trimming nose hair, not just noses. Although my nose could certainly be trimmed a bit better.

Lethal. I know, im just too damn cheap for my own good! I just had extra lacquer thinner around so i gave it a shot. Thanks evil! glad Im not the only one to have tried that lol. After that first scrape, I just couldnt stop because it would have bothered me looking at that knife, but this is def the first and last blade that i will be doing this to. Lesson learned! chemical stripper next time, gotta tell myself to stop being so damn cheap.

edit: lol trivia. I didnt even notice that typo!
