Hey, hope you get better soon. If you need anything, just let me know. I'll gladly come hold the stock so you can swing the hammer with your good arm or help run the ice auger.

Vern, Hope you continue to improve. You lasted a long time laying brick. I worked as a brick tender for two old bricklayers the summer I got out of high school. 2 bucks an hour UTT. They worked my butt off. No strokes yet thank God. Just a worn out body.

Get well!

no strokes, though a ruptured disk in my lower back a couple years ago still has me pretty gimped up and with a weak left leg and foot.

Vern, I wish you a full recovery. Stay mentally stong and everything will follow.

I wish you a full recover and soon. No stroke but I can understand some what. I had rotator cuff surgery two weeks ago and I am amazed at how helpless a one armed person is especially when it is their strong hand. Dr. said I should have a fair amount of use back in five months or so. Then he will repair my other arm. Bored already? YES.
