After payment for basic, no usergroups to join.

Hi everyone,

The 22nd of June I paid to renew my basic membership through PayPal, but whenever I try to adjust my user group or want to go to that page, I always get the notification that there are currently no user groups for me to join.

Perhaps this is a noob question, but thanks for your help anyway guys.

If you guys need any other details from the transaction, please let me know.

Hang in there, sorry it's taking so long. We have to wait for Spark to look at it.

Yup, that's the standard response, meaning "we haven't put your payment througuh yet"
