Been back in the shop full swing.
This Hornet Model is over-sized to fit even the large hand...it works
Specs:
CPM 154 Heat treated in the shop HRc 59
.280"x10" with a 5" blade
Strider coyote brown with carbon fiber other is butterscotch? with black
Tumble/stone-wash finish
I normally grind Xl's with a 10" but opted for the deep hollow 6" also the first time I have ground a swedge on a hornet.
The device on top is a blade catch/guard, you can trap another blade quite
easily it may be changed these are considered protoypes or "just trying it out".
SPencer
Some pictures that I need to post from time to time to show how it all works
Last one was for a friend Black Hornet XL "Back in Black"
5 harden epoxy lume dots
