Do you subject your knives to off-brand modifications?

Have you found gear that you particularly like?

If so, please show and tell below!

Here are a few bangers to start:

~Spyderco PM2 Salt with a Monkey Men clip, Wisemen Gear “Fang” and diy fob…

~Scrapyard Knife Co. Alpha Dog with a custom grind and custom Boltaron sheath (with an added Ulticlip) by David Mary David Mary , along with a second, mildly modified Spec Ops sheath (with quick release buckles for a shoulder strap and various survival gear in the pocket…)

~Next to the Vostok Amphibia watch I got for Father’s Day, with a custom full-lume dial from Poland and bezel from Russia…

~On the splitter of my lightly modified 2013 Boss 302 Mustang. :)

I got a titanium deep pocket clip on a waved Endura from some maker on BF. Can't recall whom.

These two are very nicely built, but I have no idea where the custom parts came from. Got the knives second hand.

If anybody knows who made the scales let me know.

All of my Luchas have Flytanium aluminum channel handles. They change these from sluggish EDC knives into first class flipping machines.

The Snaggletooth MF works well too. But, the main aftermarket game changer for me has been the Ulticlip. “I put that shit on everything!”

Too many to list. The last mods I did (and current favorites) were Ti scales for Spyderco and Demko (Rockscale) and for my SAKs (eBay and Etsy):

Agreed on Ulticlips, although I have had a little rust, so now I paint them with tung oil before service.

I forgot about Snaggletooth. Also a sweet aftermarket wave. I put this aluminum version on an AD-10 I gave my son a few years ago. A careful sanding job added a satin finish that matched the blade pretty well. :)
