Aftermarket BK6 Sheath?????

Hey guys,

Anyone have or seen a nicer sheath for the Patrol Machete? The one I have is just tube type with a loop and button snap closer around the handle. I realize its a pretty massive blade with possibly not to many options for carry and a quick withdrawl method. :jerkit::p I know pictures make even stupid questions stand out, sorry just havnt gotten around to it. Thanks for your time guys.
 
are you kididng me? no, no, no, nobody, ever, in th history of the world, has fixed this issue..

Custom Kydex? Leather? Many possiblities, I haven't seen one in a random store but Americans can make anything friend.
 
Though I don't know why you'd want to quick-draw a machete (panther attack?), you could get someone to make you an "out the front" sheath with a slit up the front side.
David Brown makes these in kydex, and I've seen them in leather. The Reinhardt Kukri came with such a sheath.

I was intrigued by these Martindale leather sheaths. Don't know if they're any good though.
Since they have a company logo on them, I think they're made for a particular vendor.

Those aren't my machetes, though I do have a couple of Martindales, and that 22" wood handled version is calling my name. :p
 
Yeah, I bought the 22"er. It was on sale, I tell you!
 
Sorry, maybe "quick draw" was the wrong term. Just wanted to know if there are any other types of sheath for the BK6. Wasnt supposed to be a goofy question,
