aftermarket DLC/cerakote + other customization questions for a southard flipper

I was planning on customizing my brad southard spyderco flipper, and I had the idea of murdering it out. I don't like the brown scales so I'm planning on using some RIT dye and turning them black. That got me thinking.. is there anyone / any service that offers DLC coating or cerakote? I want a black coating that is extremely wear resistant since I don't like the scratching black blades often show. I've been really happy with spyderco / zero tolerance DLC coatings, so I wanted to do that on the southard. Maybe coat the blade and locking side? Any advice? Is there any way to turn the screws black as well? I was thinking a very thin amount of paint since screws don't really get much wear and tear once the knife is reassembled. Also, I'd love to turn the standoffs a different color. I was thinking either turning them black as well or an anodized bright blue (not sure if they're titanium?). This is all purely speculative but is there anywhere I could go to get this done or any ideas on how I could do it myself?

Thanks for the help in advance!
