Aftermarket Parts for Kershaw's Shallot

I recently bought a Kershaw Shallot and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. However, given the knife's style and finish, I wouldn't mind replacing the pivot, pocket clip screws, and frame screws as well as the backspacer because I think that the matte black/dark grey finish on the screws and the plastic black backspacer are out of place on this beautiful bead blasted stainless steel knife. I've taken a cursory look online (a couple hours) and have found a bunch of custom parts for the Leek, but nothing much for the Shallot besides these custom standoffs on Ebay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Custom-...hash=item27e8fe4ed0:m:mQKWCS09iQ8rR6ICRkUf5aw). However, given my vision for this knife, if at all possible, I'd like to keep the look of the backspacer (and just replace it with a metal one) if possible and I haven't had any luck with finding one or any screws. So if anyone knows where I'd be able to find any of these parts, someone who'd be able to make these parts, or even just where to start looking for them, you'd definitely make my day!
