AG Russell Italian Made Tactical

Looking into getting one of these, ATS-34 blade, Titanium Framelock, and only $99. Anyone who owns this how do you like it? Is it worth it? Any other opinions about it?

Not a bad knife at all and I feel it's worth the price considering what others are charging for lesser materials. I don't know how 'tactical' it is but the blade is ground very nicely and is a wonderful slicer.
