AG Russell scout knife

Several years ago I bought an AG Russell scout knife for my little brother. Cocobolo or ebony scales. 154CM blades. Very well made little knife. I was wondering if the knife was made by Queen for AG Russell. I don't have the knife, my little brother probably lost it, either on the job or in his room. He and his fiancé bought a house, he might find it when they move. Any ideas? I know it's not a lot to go on, but the knife was put together very well. When I bought it for him it didn't come with the box etc.

AG Russells these days are made in China or Japan, I do believe. I don't know that he didn't use Camillus earlier, though.
