AG Russell Stag w/ Sheild from 1998 - Need help Identifying please

I recently picked this up and it didn't come with a box or papers. I've scowered the internet without luck. Below are some photos; any info would be appreciated.

I think that's a knife he designed for horse riders,the hook is a hoof hook. I think they called it an Equestrian's Trapper or something like that
