Does anyone know of a way to figure out the approximate age of a piece of Chicago Cutlery? I've been having some fun refurbishing my old CC knives and I think I'd like to get some more to play around with. I've been replacing the scales and doing some minor work to the blades before sharpening. Ideally I'd like to be sure I'm getting something from the same time frame or older. My set was given to me in the late '80's.
