I've been curious about this knife for a year or so.

Anyway I picked one up for approximately 1/2 the normal price. In short I was pleasently surprised. These are just first impressions and not and in depth test. This is a fairly big knife.
Cons
-----
- A little rought opening, all due to the drag of the lock bar against the tang, though I would expect this will smotth out some.
- Some small blade play in both directions when open and locked, understandable since this is a lock back
- No choil or finger grooves means a little less grip security.
- Some small F&F issues, pretty minor, don't affect usability
Pros
-------
- Has a nice feel and heft.
- Attractive color.
- Blade opening is pretty easy.
- Blade is sharp and has handy shape.
- Overall I think this is a good deal at 1/2 normal price, would I pay full price? Probably not, but if you like this style of knife it might be something to consider.
