according to one online retailer, they sold out their initial shipment in pre-orders.
as soon as the initial buying rush is over,they'll be easier to find.

That's what I read also, I belive the place I pre ordered from ordered 25 and they were spoken for even before RAT started shipping them. I paid for mine over a week ago, so hopefully I'll get my hands on it this coming week.
