Looks like Glacier National Park. Someone more familiar with the park could probably identify the peak.

No, I don't think so. Glacier doesn't have the limestone the water is falling over.

It's an HDR. High dynamic range. Different parts of it were taken from different places/angles.

Not sure if it's HDR or not, but HDR images aren't taken at different places or angles... you take multiple exposures at one place, then combine them to get the HDR image.
