Aight, I just got my FRN Stretch 2 today and I have to say, I am much more excited to have this blade in hand than I was to order it even though I got it for possibly the best price you're going to find one. It's just a hair shorter and thicker than my Para, but with a slightly longer blade. :thumbup: It should make a great addition to my pocket tomorrow! :thumbup::cool:
 
You will not be disappointed, I have both the VG-10 and the ZDP-189 models, and I couldn't be happier.
 
How is the lockup on the knife? I had an endura, but the lockup didn't really inspire confidence. Not sure if it was just my copy or not. In any case, I really like that the handle is wider from spine to the opening side of the handle. That and the blade being FFG. Would probably just go with the vg10 model if I got it, pretty good deal at its price.
 
Lock-up on both of my models is solid, rock solid in fact. VG-10 is definitely a great choice for one.
 
Chris, which model did you get? I went in for the ZDP-189 model and I'm loving it so far. It's a great EDC.

Lock-up on mine is very solid. Also no blade play in any direction. The size and shape of the handle make it very comfy, and add to the sense of security that comes with the solid lock-up. In other words, the knife strikes me as one that begs to be used rigorously, and I am confident there would be no lock-up failure if used that way. And FWIW, I really like the blue color too.
