I just received a replacement for my "old" Military and I couldn't be happier.
All I was expecting was a quick fixer-upper type thing and they went and gave me a newby.
I am grateful to all at Spyderco especially Danelle as she was most helpful and patient with a pain in the neck "ELU"

Much thanks and keep up the Great service and work!

I'm so glad you finally got it, William, and that you're pleased, I know you were anxious!

I have dealt with Spyderco Customer Service over problems twice and both times they were excellent.

I used to call Doug regularly, even knew his extension... Now I bug the Forum more.

One may want to keep an Eye out for my review of the Bob Kasper designed, Kevin Gentile modified AFCK and interview of Bob Kasper. Sorry about the wait, my review and interview should be online shortly, luckily Spark has graciously offered to do the pictures, look for it right here at BladeForums.com.

Bill,
I just had a similar experience (very positive

) with Spyderco. They take the worry out of knife buying. When you know the company is there for you if something should happen to your piece, then it makes it an easy decision what to buy.
