Just got a Parkerized Marakov,a keeper for sure & the seller threw in a box of 9 x 18 evil looking Hornaday bullets.

Mystery . 32 semi looks like most but it is a bit rough. Would Parkerizing hide rust dings ? Can you get a do-it-yourself kit ? The handles appear to be glued on & the dime sized logo plate shows the # 1 with a coiled snake on the right side.
I remember years ago I bought a kit to insulate my pliers & it was red in color & you just dipped the plier handle & removed it.

Parkerizing is a similar process to bluing. It's not as easy to do as bluing but you can do it at home. Look at the Brownells catalog for supplies.

You can still get the plastic dip to insulate plier handles -- any hardware store should have that.
