Here's a Bilton decked out in buckskin, with buffalo horn beads, and an accessory chakma made from a file and some weathered antler. Thought y'all might get a kick out of it. The edge had started cutting through the scabbard, so I pulled off the chape, and made a patch out of 8 ounce leather. Took a sharp knife and "feathered" the edges of the patch so it glued down nice and smooth instead of making a lumpy ridge. Covered the rig in buckskin and voila', safe, secure, and, IMHO, sort of snazzy.
