Here I was with a driver's license getting ready to expire, and dreading the running around and standing in lines associated with the renewal process. Never fear, now we've got www.texasonline.com :D Renewed my driver's license in a matter of minutes, sitting in my boxer shorts sipping a cup of tea. Whole thing was so quick, simple, and user friendly I was tickled silly. While I was there, I could have updated my voter registration, vehicle registration, and a whole bunch of other stuff that used to be a real PITA. While I may be a true primitive at heart, I absolutely delight in some of the more practical applications of technology. Yessir, that there's some good stuff.

Heck yes. That saved you enough time for a few fishing trips. Georgia is trying to do something like that, but its slow going. I usually drive out into the woods and get'r done there.

I don't know if Montana's got anything like that, but when I go to the County seat for any business, I'm the only one in line, well, except for the frightened antelope . It's lonely in Montana.
