Okay. According to the Company Store blurb, there is a coarse and a fine. And there is an "A" and a "B". Are we to assume that coarse = A and fine = B? Or is it based on the colors? Green = ? and gray/beige = the other?

Help please.

There was a thread that answered this question. Before I used my strop I looked in vain for it. From using the strop I would have to say that the grey is course and the green is fine. Makes for a clean up which ever side you use. I ended up with green all over my Meaner Street. Cleaned up easily enough with some soap, water and a sponge. Still struggling with the freehand method though. Really need to practice this on another type of knife. I have a couple of throw aways ( I have two beautiful daughters and I thought I might need one of them some day for a angry boyfriend ) , so I'm thinking maybe I'll get one down and practice on it. Practice on the knife that is! :D

If someone who is absolutely certain about this could please answer this question, I'd sure appreciate. In my experience most polishes are white/gray, and rubbing compounds are colored. Thanks. Also, I've noticed that some red/white, any comments on this?

Back on up to the top.........
I would really appreciate a definative answer to this question. Thanks.

start with the "a" side it is course

second is "b" side, it is fine

like the old records, play side "a" first then play side "b"

anybody else want to chime in here?
