Just picked this up in a swap. There are zero references that i could find on the internet and called dwaine to find out some info. Seems it was one of 27 Bor Hoggs he made, his first attempt at custom fixed blades. This thing is HUGE, note the integral sharpening stone top of the sheath. I put in a microtech socom for size comparison. Anyone else got one of these? Comments?

That's HUGE How does it feel in the hand?

not sure how to describe it, i have fairly small hands and it felt like, well, HUGE! My hands were definitely too small for a comfortable fit and feel. If you hand big hands....

As opposed to my randall mod 1 that melts into my hand.

What kind of steel? Canvas Micarta scales? Looks pretty interesting & unique to say the least.

it appears to be canvas micarta, i will ask dwaine what the blade steel is. THe sheath is like a gun holster it is so big!
