Airkat Knives???

Yes they look cool!!!
but how well do they actually work?!?!?
Buy one and let us know,
as far as I know no one's done a review on them yet.
One thing that is of extreme curiousity to me is how well do those funky looking saws and other "sawback" tools actually work.

They're custom. A search of the forums will turn up a fair amount of discussion -- some people seem to think they're great, a few others think differently.

Hello there fellas, thought I would jump in here and answer your question for you. Of course those funky looking saws work !

Those are my own design BARRACUDA dual action reciprocating sawteeth with built in cleaning channels. The sawteeth you see on one side of the blade might be a cleaner while that same tooth on the other side is actually a grabber they also have deep well cleaning channels between each tooth, and each one of those teeth have there own pitch which allows them to cut. You do have to in an upward motion which allows you to pull harder, because you must remember that as a peice of 1/4" steel you are trying to pull through the wood, None the less they do cut one hell of a 1/4" path through your target area.

Those are some monsters, interesting design, but for $ 650, I think i'd rather buy a quality shotgun, or handgun.
