AirSOG: printed or stamped logo on blade?

I feel like this has been asked before, but I couldn't find it.

I had an old beat up AirSOG, and the logo was nicely pressed into the blade. I bought a new one at a good price, and noticed the logo was PRINTED on the blade. I thought it was kind of cheap looking.

Then I saw another at a gun show and it was stamped like the old one.

What are currently being produced? Stamped or printed?
 
I bought my AirSOG from bestknives.com a few months back, and the logo is stamped on.:thumbup:

I looked closer at mine, and it might actually be laser etched, not just printed. But it's not done very well. The lines of the box have little ridges and the words "KNIVES" has some incomplete letters.

I almost had 3. 1 junker, one good one with the crummy etch, and I nearly bought the nice stamped one.

Yes.... one serrated, and one still sealed in a nice box because it was a gift and I don't want to lose it (too......)...:D :rolleyes:
