Ajack60 Wrongfully banned

Moderators,

A good friend and even better Blade Forums member Ajack60 has been mistakenly banned from BF. He reported a spam thread as I do all the time and somehow was linked to the ban. He has followed all steps possible with no such luck. He isn't able to private message any moderators either. Please look into this issue and contact myself or Anthony if any further assistance is needed.

There has to have been a mistake made. Anthony (Ajack60) is one of the best members here. Please reinstate him
 
I'm back in, a big thanks to Terry and the mods
I did have to clean my britches
 
The spam tends to come in waves. When there are a dozen spam posts being reported at one time, and spam post after spam post has to to be deleted, the clicks start blurring together. I'm not sure who made the oops, but I can easily see it happening. Glad it got fixed.
 
I did it. I saw the mistake at the last moment and backed out but evidently * splash *
Went to Mod CP and put in his name and hit Lift Ban.

If you guys enjoy the excitement, I can accidently ban a random member again from time to time.
I could ban me!
 
The waves of spam have been coming for about a year now. This has happened once. Risk appears to be low.
 
The funny thing is, I only saw that I was banned, while I was reading one of Spark's threads.
After I started breathing normal, I went back and saw it was for spam.
So yeah, even a oops! ban will get your attention.
But, it's all good................. I can now say I've been banned on BFC

Thanks for everyone's concern and again to the mods for the fast recovery.

Something to think about...................... You really don't want to ever get on the bad side of Esav :eek:
 
Yea... Ajack60's account is active again. I've done the very same thing. I forget who it was but they reported a ban-worthy post and I mistakenly banned him. It's so very easy to do.

Write a book: what it was like, what happened, and what it's like now. Lol, you can talk about the feeling you had when you were banned. Going through feeling of loss, anger, and depression, Suicidal thoughts. 😀

I report those idiot posts all the time. I find it hard to believe that any intelligent member would actually click those bogus links. I guess it must work, or they wouldn't keep doing it. Wish I had the Ban hammer. Just to Ban spam. I would enjoy that. lol

EDIT: ironically, there are 2 spam posts showing in New Posts now!
