Ak 25

I've always wanted something like the AK 47, but I really *need* an AK 25

Same blade width, thickness, and shape, but shorter length and with a shorter handle (maybe 5").
Has there ever been such a thing ?
Anyone else want one ?
Or am I gonna have to order a custom ?

Of course, you already have the SK, which is almost like a AK-10

I have something like that, although not from Busse. I picked this up from a guy over on USN and thought it was really cool. I think Jerry would make a killing if he offered a matched set.

Dervish Yataghan and matching Hunter:

The short sword has a 16" blade, the hunter has a 7" version. Obviously, the G10 scales resemble each other. Blued 5160 for the blades.

Busse Short Sword!!

Anywhere between a 14" and 16" blade, with about 6" of handle. Mmm..

Traditional Tanto? Go to Progunner's thread on the Sale forum and check out the Tali-Whacker. Traditional blade, about 6" long. Not a traditional handle, though.

I saw the tali offered for sale - very nice knife, good price, but not what I am looking for. I need something with a 10-13" blade (10" ~ 25 cm, hence AK 25), 5" handle oal 15-18". Infi preferred. Just dreamin' maybe

Very nice dervish set there. If Busse offered something very similar, a machete, or a kukri, I'd buy immediately.

Speaking of the dervish set, could you be a little more specific on their origin? I'd like to know who to talk to/where to look for a similar set . . . if the price isn't too bad.

When I first saw the AK-47 I figured for sure that Jerry would come out with a matching knife for it. Around 10-12" overall with a 6" blade. Seems like it would be a shoe-in for high sales.

Uhhh, I take all that back. It would be a horrible idea :thumbdn: . They would never sell!

Don't want anything to delay the FBM or Folder any longer.
