Are these swords a limited run? I ask because I would like to buy two, but not until i get the first one in hand to check out feel and etc.

They will only be offered for order for a month or two, then they will be fabricated. You won't get the first one before the order period ends. The company store will probably have a few, but may not be the combination of handle and blade finish you want. So, if you want two, you probably should order both now.
