After seeing one of these at the show and seeing the one at the Hog induction dinner that Barb-B-Q won, I had to get me one. Now I need to figure out what to do for a nice pair of pants for it. Any one have any suggestions on what to get? Leather or Kydex? Any one have some pics of their sheath for the AK that they would like to share to help make my decision.:D
 
I got to see the Buy Brown and the Okuden sheaths.

I went with Okuden because he had a two tone sheath matching my AK.

I would like to have done a Pepsi challenge between the two sheaths but I didn't want to start a fight.

Either sheath maker is TOP NOTCH so you can't go wrong. Depending on how fast you might need the sheath give Brian or Dave a call.

I had ordered this one, so I knew it was coming. Busse did a great job on this little pup with Urban Grey finish and Red/Black G10 Magnum Grips. So David Brown of BuyBrown Sheaths made up a little sheath to go with it. Pretty Cool, I think!!! :cool:

I got an OD/Black Handled AK recently and ordered one from Dave Brown, OD w/ Black Flames! WoooooT!
 
Ahhh, plastic is OK, but leather and kydex together is cool. This is by Dwayne at Armoralleather. It's a great blend of East and West

Tedwca, thats what I am talking about. :thumbup: Nice sheath. I saw one like that on Dwaynes site. I have about 6 of his sheaths all ready for various Swamp Rats I have had. If you dont mind me asking how much did that one run you.

This is the one you saw on his site. :D You'll have to contact Dwayne to get a quote as I had a lot of extra stuff done to it and the price of the skins can fluctuate depending on the market. You'll most likely be looking at $150-250 depending on what you want.
 
I have gotten Four, count them Four AK Sheaths From Buy Brown.

I like them Well enough that I ordered Three more for some other AKs that I got tired of having Nekid.

So I would have to say that I like The Buy Brown product pretty well.
